By accessing, browsing, testing, or utilizing Shader Studio, its associated web application, procedural engine runtimes, or exported code modules, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of the web application and refrain from deploying exported shader runtimes in production environments.

Acceptable Creative Use: You agree not to use Shader Studio, its AI synthesis toolchain, or exported WebGL2 scripts to generate, distribute, or execute malware, cryptomining loops, illegal visual content, or material that infringes upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Payments for Shader Studio Pro subscriptions are processed securely through Dodo Payments as our authorized Merchant of Record.
Shader Studio, its online editor, and exported standalone code snippets (HTML, Lite JS, Studio JS) are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
